Cancellation Policy

Policy for Tooth Gems and Whitening. 24 hour cancellation appointment is required to receive a refund on a deposit for your appointment. If a Custom gem was ordered for your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. If a cancellation occurs after 24 hours you will forfeit any form of payment refund. Absolutely no refunds on Grillz or impression consultations no exceptions
